Sometimes just a moment of respite over a meal or a comfortable corner for a vital conversation regarding a family in crisis can go a long way. Help us breathe life, beauty, and peace into these communal spaces to positively impact the staff so that ultimately they can pass that blessing on to the children they serve. The Church in North Portland is teaming up with Embrace Oregon to show a little love to the Alberta Department of Human Services office this month. The board of AllOne Community Services would like to announce that we have selected Pastor Josh Hawk as the new Executive Director for AllOne. After several months of prayer and discussion, the AllOne board is confident that Josh will advance the mission and vision of AllOne with his unique perspective and relationship with the community of North Portland, as he describes below: Being born and raised in North Portland I have a love and passion for our community. My wife and I, with our three beautiful daughters, proudly call North Portland our home. For the past eight years I have served alongside my father as a pastor at St Johns Wesleyan Church, a congregation of The Church of North Portland.
